Alexis Boone earned her M.S. in ECE from the University of Arizona in May 2023. Advised by Ali Bilgin and Michael Marcellin, her work included JPEG2000 compression of diffusion-weighted MRI. Her graduate paper received second place in the 2023 International Telemetry Conference Cliff Aggen Graduate Student Paper Award.
